Our valet department offers four types of valet program.
From on-site water analysis to a fully inclusive valet and chemicals services.
Our valet team service everything from school pools to plunge pools so no job too big or small.
We can offer the following services to the whole of the North Shore City area, Westmare and surrounds, Dairy Flat, Coatesville, West Harbour, and Hobsonville. Valets over 10km from the shop will be charged mileage.
Greenpool treatments – We guarantee we can clean any pool no matter how bad and we offer a maximum capped amount for green pool treatments no matter how many visits and chemicals.
One off valet – No job is too small. We will tailor these visits to your requirements. From just making sure there is enough water in the pool to full valet treatments.
Valet programmes – From test and balance to all inclusive full valet’s we have a programme that will fit your needs.

Full Valet services involve a full valet and water analysis. We add the required chemicals, check the system, and leave a full report.
Note: Minimum Charge of 1 Hour for all services, then 15 min increments

- An on-site water test would be performed to determine which chemicals are required. A water report explaining what chemicals and dosage rates are required will be left on-site, and the chemicals will also be left on-site for our customers to do themselves. The chemicals left onsite will be retail stock, and the volume will be rounded up; for example, if you need 7kg, you may receive a 10kg bucket.

I wanted the pool looking good for the weekend. Even though I wasn’t scheduled for a visit and they were short staffed, they still managed to get there that day. We all had a great weekend enjoying the pool! I couldn’t thank Poolside enough!
